1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most physical products purchased from Total Home Securities under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Installed or used products
- Custom-configured security systems
- Services (installation fees, consultations, labor charges)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened software, licenses, or digital content
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at returns@totalhomesecurities.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it to the provided return address at your expense (unless due to our error).
- You will receive a confirmation once we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and installation/service fees are non-refundable unless it was our error.
- Partial returns will receive refund only for the returned item(s).
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include clear photos and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or return at no cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped or service has begun, cancellation is not possible.
